We would like to ask for prayer for our church. We have a bookstore in the Old
City of Akko, Israel. We use it to evangelize and raise money for the church.
The part of town it is in has a high crime rate. Well, the bookstore was broken
into this week. They stole an LCD TV that we use to show evangelistic videos on
and they (possibly, not sure yet) stole the money that was in the store. The
Police came and did a finger print check and investigation.
Please pray that the Police would catch these people that did this and also find
what was stolen. Pray for Pastor Hani because it is very stressful to go through
this, not to mention that the church does not have much money or insurance to
cover the cost of the loss. We put stronger locks on the door, but we still need
God's protection. And who knows, maybe the thieves will get saved through this?
